Collection 03

Women’s Sessions to me are all about documenting femininity. It is most certainly not garage glamour. Rather it is the process of creating beautiful pieces of artwork – something stylish, sophisticated and timeless.

Why have a women’s session?

Life’s chapters whizz by in a blur, shaping and defining us – but while women take care to record the milestone’s of loved-ones, we often overlook our own journey.

A women’s session is the chance to step off the treadmill and celebrate a moment in time – your body, your attitude, your style. Your shoot will be as unique as you are, an opportunity to capture your own brand of femininity and the essence of you at your best and most confident.

This can be an occasion to record the elegance of a favourite

evening dress, capture the beauty of bridal wear, others opt for a boudoir shoot in underwear or a suggestion of nudity. Whether you prefer a head-and-shoulders shot to full length, all-out glamour or a natural charm – your shoot is built around you.

There is always a reason to celebrate the female form: pregnancy, motherhood, your wedding, a special birthday or ‘reclaiming’ your body. Women’s sessions are relaxed and a chance to be completely at ease with yourself.  The resulting images are a record of a instance in time and a memory to treasure. A piece of art to look back on in years to come.

Women’s session don’t have to be all about extremely ornate lingerie. The aim of these session is essentially to capture to beautiful feminine imagery.  What you choose to wear is entirely up to you.  You may be looking for a very mild indication of boudoir using shirts, open jackets or a beautiful evening dresses or bridal wear.

Others may be looking along the lines of underwear, basques, silk dressing gowns or even semi-nude.  It is entirely up to you .  Every session is completely different. You can get a feel for different styles of shoots in our galleries below.
